Rock'n WIne Dinner with Spencer Clark of Amizetta Winery - SOLD OUT!

Date: June 9, 2008

Spencer Clark of Amizetta Winery will be at 2900 on Monday, June 9, 2008 when we will feature a four-course wine dinner, featuring spectacular cuisine by Chef Bobby Griffing paired with Amizetta's award winning wines.

Doors open at 6 pm and dinner service will begin promptly at 6:30 pm. Spencer will talk about his wines during dinner - then the fun continues as he shares his passion for music by entertaining us with his Rock'n Wine Dinner Show!

Spencer began playing guitar at age 8. Started composing music at age 16. Studied music theory, classical guitar, voice and vocal harmony at St. Thomas University in Houston, Texas. Played in Rock bands from the age of 18 thru the memorable age of 29 something and now writes and records his music on a continuous basis. His latest project is a new album Spencer Clark/Developments which will be commercially available Spring 2008. It is a compilation of his latest and best creative efforts to date. The album is being recorded at Robert George Studios and is in conjunction with music producer Robert George. It encompasses an array of guest artists who assist in the recording of Spencer's music for his new album.

As the composer, lead singer and rhythm/lead guitar player, with the gift of sharing the art of music with all of us, Spencer continues to perform solo and in combination representing his wines and Amizetta Winery at Rock'n Wine Dinner Shows throughout the U.S. and also still finds time to play gigs with his band Noble Rott.

Amizetta vineyards was established in 1979 when Amizetta and Spencer Clark moved from Texas to a magnificent property just outside the small town of Saint Helena in Northern California's Napa Valley. The winery and vineyards were developed at a 1,000 ft. elevation in the eastern hills overlooking Lake Hennessey on the southern tip of the Howell mountain range.

The vineyards were planted in the early 1980s on an extremely steep, stony & porous terrain making for arduous grape growing with limited grape yields. Combined with intensive hillside water stress conditions and vast southern exposure, these vineyards have historically brought forth spectacular grapes.
